Acceptable Use Policy

AuditCrow crawls websites and connects to third-party analytics accounts. This policy exists to keep that capability used lawfully and protects both you and us. By using the service you agree not to:

1. Only audit what you're authorised to

• Submit a site for audit unless you own it or have the authority of the owner (e.g. as their agency) to assess it;
• Connect a Google, Microsoft, or other third-party account you are not authorised to access;
• Use the service to assess a site as part of an unauthorised competitive-intelligence or scraping operation.

2. No unlawful or harmful targets

• Target sites engaged in illegal activity, or use the service to facilitate harm to any person or organisation;
• Attempt to access data, systems, or accounts you have not been authorised to access;
• Use crawled or connected data for any purpose other than the visibility audit itself.

3. Respect the insight-aggregation layer's anonymity

• Attempt to re-identify any individual site or organisation from the anonymised, aggregated benchmarks the insight layer produces;
• Attempt to infer another customer's data by combining aggregate outputs with external information.

4. Don't abuse the platform itself

• Circumvent rate limits or usage caps;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or scoring methodology;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without our prior written permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other customers.

Enforcement

Breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, per the Terms of Service §6 (Term, suspension & termination).
